So far I have no extra downloads.. I'm planning on doing some searching in the near future, but so far I've not found anything that I want. Would be very interesting seeing what other users got.

I only have a couple of essential apps to install. Others are just for fun and games. Here's my essentials: Resco Explorer - much better than default file explorer A-A Reset - for auto soft-reset so my device always feels fresh Coreplayer - only real usable video player available PockeTwit - Twitter client Ilium Screen Capture - good for showing off and troubleshooting

Is there a free radio app? I know pandora isn't available yet or if it will be avaiable, so is there an alternative that doesn't cost?

Actually, XDA has fixed the Pandora to adapt to the Touch Pro 2 until Pandora actually comes out with their own TP2 version. In fact, here's the link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=542581.

Figured since I have had my TP2 for a while now I would post some of the applications I use and find work well.
Google Maps Nitrogen-Music player Skype Coreplayer- Although if you use the T.V. out feature it makes the video upsidedown. CleanRAM TrackMyRun-hope to get alot of use out of this in the summer.

All I've added so far (only had the TP2/Sprint about 2 weeks) are my essentials:
CTAlarmClock - only cell phone alarm clock that actually wakes me up, have had it on my last three phones; it also has good features, especially for us snoozers Bookworm - love my word games TextTwist - love my word games Google Maps SlingMobile - Haven't added it yet; need to set it up for this phone. I had it on my last phone (Motorola Q9c) and miss it. In fact, the fact that SlingMedia told me on the phone that the TP2 is Sling-capable was a deciding factor for me.
Would love a Pandora app. I knew this phone couldn't do it when I bought it but that doesn't keep me from longing for it. I've followed some links for workarounds and substitutes but nothing seems to work "off the shelf" and I guess I don't want it enough to chinger with my phone's brain in order to get it. FWIW, I just tried Sky.FM, which worked okay on the Motorola, and it locked the poor thing up tight. Had to do a battery-out reset. C'monnnnn, Pandora!

I had Pandora on my BlackBerry and I loved it. I have been using Slacker mobile on my TP2, and it works pretty well.
