Need help with IE Touch tabs?

Im not sure if touch tab is even the correct term.. When i use IE at the bottom of the screen I have two "touch" options available, menu and favorites. Well they seem to have just up and disapeared and I have no idea how to get them back and am helpless without them. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

try doing a reset on the phone
